MSI Unveils NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 SUPER Series Graphics Cards at CES 2024

MSI showcased a wide range of custom-designed graphics cards from the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 SUPER Series at CES 2024. The event was filled with options, including SUPRIM, EXPERT, GAMING TRIO, GAMING SLIM, and VENTUS flavors. Although SUPRIM and GAMING TRIO cards were not present at CES, there were plenty of other options to explore on MSI's extended table.

GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER 16G GAMING X SLIM

The GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER 16G GAMING X SLIM model is available in black or white. Despite its "SLIM" name, this top-tier SUPER model is still quite large and features MSI's TRI FROZR 3 thermal system and a triple TORX FAN 5.0 array.

GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER 16G EXPERT

The GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER 16G EXPERT model stands out with its unique design that resembles NVIDIA's Founders Edition aesthetic. It has a dual fan setup, patented fan design, Zero Frozr, and a vapor chamber. The housing is made of aluminum die-cast, making it a standout among other gaming-oriented MSI cards.

GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER 16G VENTUS 3X OC

MSI's VENTUS 3X OC triple-fan cooling solution is highly recommended by TPU's graphics card reviewer. The GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER 16G VENTUS 3X OC model is the top choice in this lineup, followed by the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16G VENTUS 3X OC card.

GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16G VENTUS 2X OC

For those looking for a more compact option, MSI offers dual-fan VENTUS models. These include the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16 GB GPU in either a standard hue VENTUS 2X OC card or a VENTUS 2X WHITE OC alternative.

Other Options

MSI also displayed the MSI GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER 12G VENTUS 2X WHITE OC card, along with the black MSI GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16G GAMING X SLIM and the GAMING X SLIM WHITE alternative. Additionally, the MSI GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER 12G GAMING X SLIM (black) and GAMING X SLIM WHITE were showcased.

MSI also had a separate table for the (non-SUPER) GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8G GAMING SLIM Monster Hunter Edition, which was introduced last week alongside other gaming products.
