LG MyView Smart Monitors at CES 2024
LG Electronics is set to unveil its new lineup of 'LG MyView' smart monitors at CES 2024. These monitors are designed to enhance productivity and entertainment, featuring the acclaimed webOS platform and a range of user-friendly features and connectivity options. The introduction of the LG MyView branding in 2024 highlights the personalized user experience offered by LG's premium smart monitors.
The LG MyView smart monitors allow users to stream movies, series, and sports, listen to music, and work remotely without the need for a PC. The models for 2024, including the award-winning 32SR85U, are equipped with LG IPS 4K displays that deliver impressive picture quality. With webOS, the latest smart monitors from LG offer an intuitive interface, a tailored user experience, and access to a wide range of apps. To cater to different preferences, some LG MyView models are available in various colors such as essence white, mild beige, cotton pink, and cotton green.
The new LG MyView displays, including models 32SR85U, 32SR83U, and 32SR70U, feature 31.5-inch, 4K (3,840 x 2,160) IPS panels that set a new standard for picture quality in the smart monitor category. These displays have a slim form factor with a virtually borderless design on three sides, enhancing the viewing experience and saving space. The 32SR85U and 32SR83U come with an adjustable stand featuring a circular cutout, while the 32SR70U has a low-profile base for a compact and stylish appearance. The 32SR85U has received recognition with a CES 2024 Innovation Award, a 2023 Red Dot Design Award, and a 2023 iF Design Award.
Equipped with webOS 23, LG MyView supports remote work and home entertainment, providing access to a wide range of popular streaming services, productivity programs like Microsoft 365 and Google Calendar, and compatibility with AirPlay 2 and Miracast for wireless screen mirroring. Built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enable internet connection and compatibility with peripherals. The 32SR85U can be paired with a detachable Full-HD (1,920 x 1,080) webcam, making it ideal for video conferencing and interactive applications.
