NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 40 Series Graphics Cards Get a Single-Slot Design with GALAX's RTX 4060 Ti Max

GALAX has introduced a new addition to NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 40 series lineup of graphics cards. The RTX 4060 Ti Max 16 GB Unparalleled Max stands out with its unique single-slot design and thin 20 mm profile. Unlike other models in the lineup, this GPU features a vapor chamber cooling system and a copper heatsink instead of the typical multi-fan setups. With dimensions of 267x111x20 mm, this design is ideal for smaller cases with limited space for a cooler.

The RTX 4060 Ti Max operates at a default clock speed of 2535 MHz and has a power target of 165 Watts, ensuring solid performance for GPU-intensive tasks. GALAX has currently only showcased a 16 GB version of the card and has not mentioned the availability of an 8 GB version or a non-Ti model with this cooler. While the card can be overclocked, it is important to note that the voltage regulation module setup is 6+2 VRMs on a six-layer PCB, which may not provide an ideal overclocking experience. Additionally, caution should be exercised when overclocking the GPU with such a small single-slot cooler.
